Our Team
Brittany Richards
Paralegal
Brittany Richards is a Gwinnett native and certified paralegal. After graduating from Brookwood High School, she obtained her degree in Criminology and Investigations from West Virginia University. Returning to her Gwinnett roots, she joined the Efstration Law Firm in 2015 and has been a valued member of our team ever since.
Her wealth of knowledge about family law stems from her previous work experience in the non-profit sector and her ongoing role as an advocate for the foster care community as a foster parent. Brittany is committed to ensuring that all clients understand the legal process. She hopes that every child custody client strives to be the best co-parent they can be for the sake of the children. Brittany also works tirelessly for our clients who are injured at the fault of others and helps guide them through personal injury litigation.
If she is not at work, she is likely sipping coffee at a new coffee shop, planning her next trip to New York, or playing chauffeur to her sixteen-year-old son.
